You are a Filipino correct? You should addressed your question to the DFA directly than asking question here at the Yahoo forum. Kasi kung sa authorized department mo tinatanong ang mga ito dun mo makukuha ang tamang sagot. Dito kung sino sino lang magbibigay sa iyo ng suggestion minsan mali pa.
Hindi ito one stop shop question and answer portion na programa. Ito ay isang palitan ng opinion at comments, some people here do not even know how to answer your question. If you are abroad then visit your nearest Philippine Embassy and ask your inquiry there through the labor section para ang sagot sa iyo ay malapit sa katotohanan at hindi rito. Kung nasa Pilipinas ka naman at planning to go abroad and like to know more about visa's then visit the DFA(Department of Foreign Affairs) sa Manila. Siguro they can give you a helping hand but not here ok.
